Policies and Shipping

What shipping method do you use?

Depending on weight, packages are sent First-class mail, Priority, or Parcel post through USPS, and are insured at no extra charge. All shipments are tracked (tracking information will be sent via email ASAP). 

In the event your package is lost or damaged please contact me immediately, so I can work to locate it, or make an insurance claim. 

Do you ship outside of the US?

All wildlife products offered on my site cannot be sent outside the USA, so I regret I cannot ship them across the border. 

Can you ship to my state?

It is your responsibilty to check if you can possess an item in your state before ordering, as you will be responsible for any fees incurred should you order an item that you cannot legally possess. Laws do change over time, so if you are unsure, please contact your State Fish & Wildlife Department prior to ordering. 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me if there are problems with your order. If receiving a broken or damaged item send a message via the contact form.
