Depending on weight, packages are sent First-class mail, or Parcel post through USPS, and are insured at no extra charge. Priority shipping is available on request. All shipments are tracked (tracking information available upon request).
In the event your package is lost or damaged please contact me immediately so I can work to locate it or make an insurance claim.
Do you ship outside of the US?
All wildlife products offered on my site cannot be sent outside the USA, so I regret I cannot ship them across the border. If an item does not contain wildlife products then I will be happy to ship it internationally.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me if there are problems with your order. If receiving a broken or damaged item send a message via the contact form.
